Keith Jense Photography offers quality, original photograghs crafted by WhiteWall's award winning quality processes and delivered to over 50 countries word-wide. With our world class products, we aim to keep costs low when making this valuable investment in art.
Most customers choose to order quality prints and have them matted and framed at local shops--which we highly encourage. In addition to the highest quality prints, we offer products exclusive to WhiteWall such as Prints under Acrylic and the Floating Frame.

Will my artwork have a Copyright mark or notice on the front?
No, the artwork delivered to your door will NOT have a copyright mark or notice on the front.
Keith Jense Photography adds a high-resolution image (full HD) for each product offered so that you can see image details and what to expect in your order. The Copyright notice is added to the online images in an attempt to dissuade others from making illegal copies.
WhiteWall will print your photo from an even higher resolution original that does not have a copyright mark on the front.
Will my artwork look exactly like the online images?
Don't be surprised when your physical artwork looks even better than what it does online. The online images have been compressed and resized to load faster.
Your artwork will be carefully reproduced by WhiteWall, a world premier photo lab, from the original full size and resolution image.
There are a few reasons why your physical artwork may look slightly different in brightness and color from the online images.
- Your home lighting may change how bright and 'warm' the art appears.
- The display that you are currently using is most likely set brighter with a slightly different color balance than the Adobe RGB calibration used for image production.
- Themes and 'night' lighting can also change how images appear on your screen.
For most, this means that the artwork will appear slightly darker with colors being more saturated than what appears on your screen but will be pleasing with natural or artificial lighting.
Will my artwork be sent with hanging hardware?
Photo Prints do not come with any hanging hardware or accessory. Keith Jense Photography recommends that you use the services of your local craft or frame shop to have prints matted, framed and prepared for display.
Acrylic Prints, Floater Frames, and other custom framed artwork will come with metal brackets or rails suitable for hanging. You will need to provide any fasteners and tools required to attach the artwork to your wall material.
How do I clean Acrylic Photo Prints, Metal Prints or Photo Canvases?
Your artwork can be dusted with a lint-free, soft, and dry cloth (e.g. microfiber). To ensure long-lasting enjoyment of your WhiteWall piece, please refrain from using any glass cleaning products for our prints mounted on a backing board or with acrylic glass. We also recommend to avoid applying pressure while wiping their surfaces.
What does the WhiteWall Satisfaction Guarantee mean?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. That is why our customer service team is always available to assist you should your order not meet your expectations.
We strive to continuously improve our performance with your feedback and ensure your satisfaction in the future. Our aim with the WhiteWall satisfaction guarantee is therefore to address any concerns you may have by either remaking the product or providing compensation.
Upon receiving your order, if you encounter any issues, please directly reach out to our Help Center. Make sure to mention our "Satisfaction Guarantee" and provide a detailed description of the defect in your order.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
Keith Jense Photography strives to get your order processed and delivered as rapidly as possible.
If you made a mistake while placing your order, Keith Jense Photography may be able to correct or cancel your order during our quality check if you immediately contact us before the order is forwarded to WhiteWall for fulfilment.
If the order was sent to WhiteWall but not shipped, WhiteWall may be able to change the delivery address if it is within the same country. Otherwise, once submitted and in process, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
How will my artwork be packaged?
All of our single-image products are shipped together but they may not all be in the same package. Depending on the products, your order can also consist of different packages, but they will all leave the WhiteWall Lab simultaneously.
Wall pictures are mostly packed individually unless several pictures of similar sizes are ordered. In rare cases, they may be packed together in one package.
To prevent damage, Photo Papers and Fine Art Prints are shipped separately from other products. They are shipped flat in individual envelopes and shipped in a sturdy box up to a maximum size of 60cm x 40cm (approx. 24 x 16 inches). Due to their format and production requirements, larger prints are shipped in a tube.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Despite extensive and secure packaging, unforeseen circumstances can lead to orders being damaged during transit. We recommend
accepting the shipment during delivery even if there is identifiable damage to the packaging.
Please take photos of the damage and then contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience with the pictures of the damage. Accepting the shipment and taking photos will help us expedite the process of resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement. If you refuse the shipment, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can start to arrange the replacement.
Our team will review your case promptly and work towards providing a suitable solution. Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction, and we are committed to addressing any shipping-related concerns efficiently. By following these steps and providing the necessary documentation, we will be able to assist you in resolving any issues with your order in a timely manner.
How much are shipping costs, how long are the delivery times, and can I have my order rushed or express shipped?
During the checkout process and before placing your order, you will be able to see current estimated costs and delivery times for your address and selected delivery method. Depending on your delivery address, you may have various options to balance your preference for delivery speed and cost.
WhiteWall uses advanced technologies in processing to rapidly complete your order while maintaining the highest levels of quality. Otherwise, WhiteWall does not rush the production process.
Will WhiteWall ship to my destination?
WhiteWall will ship to over 50 countries world-wide including necessary taxes, customs and fees in most cases. At the top or bottom of this page, select the drop down country menu to select your destination and currency.
Why are some products from the WhiteWall website not available for your photographs?
The short answer is that WhiteWall offers a near limitless range of options and it is not practical or feasible to offer even a subset.
In partnership with WhiteWall, Keith Jense Photography has chosen to offer the best photographic prints that you can order at affordable prices and have matted, framed and prepared to hang at your local craft or frame shop. Also, we have chosen to offer two exclusive, gallery-class products not available at your local craft or frame shop--the amazing Acrylic Photo Print and Acrylic Photo under Floater Frame. Most of our prints are offered in at least one of these exclusive configurations. These are amazing masterpieces that are worth your consideration when buying art.
Keith Jense Photography can and is considering offering other custom selections from WhiteWall. Soon you will be able to order Giclee Prints using Fine Art papers from Hahnemuhle, Canson and others. Keith Jense Photography takes the time to select and order samples of papers that will best display photographs before offering them for sell. Are your photographs real or ...
... fake, 'Photoshopped' or most recent AI?
All of my photographs are real.
This is a common question when an image 'looks too good to
be real.' And it is a fair question since an artist’s pursuit of perfection can
often look like something that only a computer could accomplish. Society will
have to work out how to separate the authentic from the fakes. Meanwhile, you can be assured that all photographs offered for sale at Keith Jense Photography are taken at the location shown by me. WhiteWall ensures that colors and details are reproduced exactly as intended before delivering an authentic product to you.
