Thank you for your interest in Keith Jense Photography products fulfilled by WhiteWall. Keith Jense Photography and WhiteWall are dedicated to nature and the arts. In the world of commerce, we also pay attention to details such as policies.

Products offered for sale are photographic prints or other physical reproductions from the digital image owned and copyrighted by Keith Jense Photography. Digital products are not being offered for sale and will not be included with any purchase. Keith Jense Photography retains the copyright for all product images. Customers have rights to the physical products ordered and paid for in full. Except for review purposes, online digital images and physical products shall not be copied digitally or physically in any form or format per state and international copyright law.

Keith Jense Photography chose WhiteWall, a world premier and award-winning photography lab to fulfil all orders. Keith Jense Photography and WhiteWall will perform quality checks on each order to detect and resolve any issue that might prevent delivering a quality product. Either might contact you to clarify, modify or, in rare circumstances, cancel the order without charge. Once order quality checks are complete, WhiteWall will custom produce, ship directly to you, and address any product delivery and quality issue.  Along with the WhiteWall outstanding print quality and lasting craftsmanship, Keith Jense Photography passes the WhiteWall 5-year warranty + Satisfaction Guarantee to you on all products along with the WhiteWall General Contract Terms and Conditions (T&C). The full T&C can be read here:  https://www.whitewall.com/us/terms-and-conditions. For any and all delivery and quality issues, you will contact and work with WhiteWall to resolve per the T&C. Please contact Keith Jense Photography to express satisfaction with our products and fulfilment by WhiteWall. However, Keith Jense Photography does not offer or provide additional remedy beyond what is determined appropriate by WhiteWall. As such, as sales are considered final.

Keith Jense Photography has attempted to make clear and accurate descriptions of 'by WhiteWall' and custom products offered for sale and fulfilled by WhiteWall. The WhiteWall website offers additional details on products and services. You can contact Keith Jense Photography and/or WhiteWall if you have further questions.

WhiteWall offers near endless options but Keith Jense Photography can only offer our products  in limited configurations. Keith Jense Photography is continuously considering additional custom configurations to add for our products. Please check back often or subscribe to the mailing list to be the first to know of new photo collections and new configurations offered for sale. Please contact us and provide details of what additional configurations you want offered and at times, Keith Jense Photography may be able to add a custom configuration to the online store.  Any correspondence with Keith Jense Photography and/or WhiteWall is not an offer or acceptance of a sale. A sale is not complete until submitted through Keith Jense Photography checkout.

Keith Jense Photography adheres to the comprehensive Privacy Policy provided by Shopify--see Privacy Policy. Bottom line: Keith Jense Photography will not sell or trade your data. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you will not be spammed. You will receive an email about once per month with news of any new product catalogs, configurations and promotions. You can unsubscribe/opt-out of the newsletter at any time.
